Fees & Billing
At Goyder’s Line Medical, we support private billing to ensure the long-term sustainability of local healthcare services, allowing us to retain experienced staff, invest in quality care, and continue serving our local communities with the time and attention they deserve.
Bulk Billing Eligibility
We routinely bulk bill the following groups:
- Aged Pensioner Concession Card and Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders
- Veterans (DVA Gold Card or eligible White Card consultations)
- Standard consultations for children under 16
- Flu vaccine-only consultations
- Chronic Condition Management Planning (CCMP) Appointments
- INR testing and dosing (if covered by a GP CCMP)
- Health Assessments for patients aged 45–49 and 75+
Goyder’s Line Medical does not routinely bulk bill non-pensioners. However, payment difficulties can be discussed confidentially with our reception staff in advance.
Billing & Payments
- Fees are based on consultation length and complexity.
- Full payment is required on the day by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS.
- Medicare rebates can be processed on-site through our Tyro EFTPOS or deposited directly if your bank details are registered with Medicare.
Please Note: Outstanding accounts must be paid in full before further routine appointments can be scheduled.

- Aged Pensioners and Commonwealth Seniors Card holders are routinely bulk billed.
- Non-aged Pensioners and Healthcare Card holders may be eligible for a discounted rate.
- Failure to attend without providing 2 hours’ notice will incur a gap fee.

Workcover
Workcover consults will attract a private fee if a claim number/written confirmation from employer, cannot be produced at the time of consultation.
Minor Surgical Procedures
Additional fees may apply for certain procedures, including:
- Implanon insertions/removals
- Minor surgical procedures
