Terms and Conditions

Please read the below Terms and Conditions:

By using our Online Script Renewals, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. The fee for a repeat prescription is $30.00, payable when you are contacted regarding script collection or delivery.
  2. An additional $2.00 fee applies if the script is required to be posted or faxed.
  3. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your request to be reviewed and processed.
  4. To be eligible for an online script, you must have had a face-to-face consultation with Goyder’s Line Medical within the past 12 months and be in a stable condition.
  5. This service is strictly for repeat prescriptions only. New medications or dosage changes require a consultation.
  6. The service is only available during clinic operating hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm).
  7. Requests for Schedule 4 or Schedule 8 (S4/S8) medications (e.g., Opioids, Panadeine Forte, Tramadol, etc.) will not be processed.
  8. Script request submissions through our website may not always be fully secure. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  9. Patients are responsible for ensuring that all personal and medication details provided in the online form are accurate and up to date. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or refusal of your request.
  10. All requests are reviewed by a doctor to determine whether a repeat prescription is clinically appropriate. Approval is at the doctor’s discretion.
  11. If a consultation is required before a script can be issued, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment. Standard consultation fees may apply.
  12. It is your responsibility to review your current medications and inform the clinic of any side effects, allergies, or changes before submitting a repeat prescription request.
  13. A repeat prescription request does not guarantee that a script will be issued.
  14. You will be notified by our staff via SMS, email, or telephone once your prescription has been approved and is ready for collection or delivery.
  15. Goyder’s Line Medical is not liable for any delays, loss, or failure of electronic communications or postal delivery once the script has been dispatched.
  16. We shall not be held responsible for any conflicts, errors, or negative outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of this service.
  17. By communicating electronically with Goyder’s Line Medical, you release the Practice from all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities arising from the risks associated with online communication.
