Patient Test Results & Recall System
Most test results take 2–7 days to return, though some may take longer.
You can contact the surgery between Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm for your results:

Important Information About Test Results
- Results must be reviewed by a doctor.
- The doctor will check your results and provide an action (see below).
- We cannot provide unactioned results over the phone.
- Doctor’s actions may include:
- Normal – No Action: Nothing requires follow-up. If you are still experiencing symptoms, you are encouraged to make an appointment with your GP.
- Abnormal – Non-Urgent Appointment: You will be asked to book the next available routine appointment.
- What our administration team can tell you:
- Admin staff can only advise the doctor’s action (e.g., “No action” or “Please book an appointment”).
- Occasionally, your doctor may include a note in the follow-up instructions that admin can relay.
Accessing Your Results
- If your results are abnormal, you must see a doctor for interpretation.
- You may also access your results via My Health Record after 7 days.
- For normal / no action results, admin can ask the doctor to print a copy for you to collect from the clinic.
