Medicare Bulk Billing Practice
Goyder’s Line Medical is committed to supporting accessible healthcare through participation in the Government initiative Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP). While it remains sustainable for our practice, we will accept your Medicare rebate as payment in full.
Under this program, all Medicare/DVA-eligible patients will be bulk billed for ELIGIBLE GP services, including standard consultations.
Eligible Services Include:
- Brief Consultation (3), and telehealth equivalent
- Standard Consultation (23), and telehealth equivalent
- Long consultation (36), and telehealth equivalent
- Extended consultation (44), and telehealth equivalent
- Health Assessments
- Chronic Disease/Complex Care Management
- Mental Health Care
Please note, outstanding accounts must be paid in full before further appointments are scheduled and failure to attend or a minimum of 2 hours’ notice not provided, a gap fee applicable.
Speciality Services NOT included in the BBPIP
- Antenatal appointments
- Pre-anaesthetic visits
- Heavy vehicle drivers licences
- Pre-employment medicals
- Insurance forms
- Minor procedures i.e. skin cancer procedures, contraceptive devices, venesections
- Phone or video-call consults when a patient has not had a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months
Patients not eligible for Medicare/DVA services and rebate in Australia will be required to make payment in full.

WorkCover
Workcover consults will attract a private fee as per the current WorkCover Fee Schedule, if a claim number/written confirmation from employer, cannot be produced at the time of consultation.
Minor Procedures (incl. Surgical)
Additional fees may apply for certain procedures, including but not limited too:
- Contraceptive device insertions/removals
- Minor surgical procedures
- Skin cancer procedures
- Venesections
