Dr Kari Sims is a GP Anaesthetist that has been working for the Goyder’s Line Medical Practice since 2016. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Sims graduated from Flinders University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery with 3 years hospital training undertaken at the Lyell McEwin Hospital.
Dr Sims also has a Bachelor of Arts with honours (Flinders University in 2006), a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice with Honours (Flinders University in 2007) and a Diploma of Child Health (Sydney Children’s Hospital Networking in 2014). She spent 2018 completing her anaesthetics qualification at Mildura Base Hospital.
Dr Sims’ interests include; Anaesthetics, Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Aged Care and Palliative Care. Her Hobbies include; tennis, crochet, reading, good food and wine and is always keen for suggestions of something new to try.
